Great number of Jews have been living in Moscow, a lot of them became famous in art, in science and other spheres but life of Jewish society wasn’t easy, the attitude of Russian governance was changeable though the centuries.

During the tour your guide will show you Choral Synagogue, the oldest and the only functioning in Soviet time. This is the synagogue visited by the first Isralian ambassador Golda Meir.

It is very spacious and it is different in comparison with classical museums that you can touch everything.
